Merge Galaxy is built as a calm, player-friendly puzzle experience. The product page states the experience is free of third-party advertising modules and pay-to-win pressure; this privacy overview stays focused on data practices rather than gameplay rules.
Even when an app does not run its own analytics stack, Apple’s platform services still process data needed to operate the store, Game Center, iCloud, software updates, and device security. Those flows are governed by Apple’s agreements and policies, not by this static page.
If you use Game Center for constellation-style leaderboards or social features, Apple handles the account linkage. If iCloud sync is enabled on your device, progress may be stored in your personal iCloud container so you can continue on another signed-in device.
Puzzle progress, audio toggles, accessibility choices, and similar preferences are ordinarily kept locally on your device so the game can resume where you left off. Clearing app data, removing the app, or restoring a device can affect that local information the same way it would for other offline-capable titles.
